Training Evolved LLC operates the Training Evolved website, which provides training and recovery services.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our business policies and the collection policy, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone agrees to use our service(s); trainingevolved.clickfunnels.com, trainingevolved.us, or Training Evolved physical private training studio location.

If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. If you agree to use/purchase any of Training Evolved services you also agree to Training Evolved's business policies as follows: 2 Week Cancellation Policy via email on any membership (auto-renew / auto-draft) once membership agreement has been completed (3, 6, or 12 month). Cancellation email must have clients first and last name, cell number, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation must be sent to TrainingEvolved@gmail.com. Two week cancellation from date the cancellation email is sent and received.  All services purchased (personal training, chiropractic, massage, cryotherapy, etc) have a 6 week expiration from date of purchase. If needed, receipts can be sent via email or text; client / patients choice. All sales are final / No refunds.
